How does RichAI work?
RichAI is a smart AI-powered expense tracker for iPhone. Add transactions with your voice or by scanning a receipt — the AI recognizes the amount, merchant, and category for you. Then explore your spending with beautiful analytics, smart filters, and multi-currency support, so you always know exactly where your money goes.
How do I add a transaction with voice or receipt scanning?
Tap the plus button in the app and choose voice input or the camera. Say the amount and what you bought (for example, "coffee at Starbucks, $6.50"), or point your camera at a receipt — RichAI reads the details, fills in the transaction, and keeps the receipt photo attached for your records.
Does RichAI support multiple currencies?
Yes. Every transaction can be recorded in its own currency, and live exchange rates are pulled automatically. If you exchanged money at a specific rate, you can set a manual override. Your analytics are always shown in your primary currency, with all foreign expenses converted automatically.
How is my data protected?
Your privacy comes first. Your financial data is stored locally on your device and synced securely through your personal iCloud account — we do not store it on our servers. RichAI uses no third-party analytics or advertising networks and never sells your data. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.
How do I export my data?
Your data belongs to you. You can export your transaction history from the app at any time — for example, as a CSV file — and use it in spreadsheets or other tools.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete your data in the app at any time. Because everything is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud, deleting your data in the app (or deleting the app itself) removes it — we keep no copies on our servers. If you need a hand, just email us.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions and choose RichAI to change or cancel your plan. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Since all purchases are processed by Apple, refunds are handled by Apple as well. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID, or contact Apple Support directly.
