Our Services provide financial tracking, AI conversational agents, and transaction categorization. You agree to use these Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Services.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

All premium features, purchases, and subscriptions are handled exclusively through the Apple App Store via In-App Purchases. We do not store or process your credit card information. All billing inquiries and refund requests must be directed to Apple.

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of all financial data, voice inputs, and receipts you submit to the Service. By using the AI features, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., categorizing expenses). We do not claim ownership of your data.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Unicorn Group LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Not Financial Advice

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RichAI provides AI-powered financial categorization and insights for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that the AI analysis is always 100% accurate. RichAI is not a substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a certified professional before making significant financial decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unicorn Group LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
